Professional Career

My unique background and experience has developed over the last 20 years, commencing as a business owner in the construction industry before moving into senior management and consulting positions within blue chip multinational organisations. Working across numerous industries, my accountabilities have been appropriate for the roles undertaken such as General Manager, Regional Manager and State Manager.

Coach, Mentor & Athlete

Having coached, mentored and developed multiple Australian Sporting Champions and Olympic Representatives I have witnessed the despair and anguish when an athlete has underperformed due to a lack of focus and planning.

Similarly, it is an unbelievable and rewarding experience when an athlete has aimed higher than their natural talents suggest, yet they achieved their goals!

As an athlete I was fortunate to become an Australian Champion, representing Australia and winning international events. I may have failed in achieving my ultimate goal of representing Australia at an Olympic Games, however I succeeded in maximizing my potential with the knowledge and skills I had at the time!
